These programs are just an example to give you some idea of the possibilities and how such a program is put together. But all the programs can be changed , combined together or combined to any other program or destination in Egypt. Just let us know your whish and we will tailor your own program.

Sleeping arrangements:

We are responsable for matresses & blankets for the nights sleeping under the stars. However it might be useful to bring your own blankets for the summer and sleeping bag for the winter.

Food and water :

We are reponsable for the meals listed in program details. Meals are prepared by our beduin guiedes - simple but delisious.

Our Guides are specialists is the region, who live there and know the desert like they know their hands- so don't worry about getting lost. For the Sinai Tours, we stay the first night at our Daniela Hotel, and if time allows , usually at tea time we make a meeting with the guide to get a briefing about the program with a nice cup of tea.

Hazrdous Animals:

Like wildlife, insects and reptiles are rare.Although the desert is home to skorpiosn and snakes, they do not pose a threat. It is advisable that sleeping bags, rucksacks etc should be kept closed until needed. As a preacution, you should bring insect repellents and insect bite cream.

Higene:

It is important to conserve water in the desert. There will be opportiunities at Oasis and wells to wash up. The provided water supply is intended for cooking and brushing your teeth in the morning.

There are no formal toilets in the desert. There is though an abundance of discreet places one can disappear behind.Guests will be provided with toilet paper and matches to burn it when finished .

Please bring all your required toiletries and medicaments with you as it is almost impossible to find such things in the desert.
